• Account & Identity: When you register or sign in, we collect your email address, display name, and unique authentication identifier provided via OAuth (Google or magic link).
• Uploaded Media & Prompts: We process the still photos, images, aspect ratios, and custom motion prompts you submit to generate AI videos. Uploaded images are held temporarily during active inference and purged automatically.
• Generated Video Outputs: Output video files created by our AI models are stored in your private dashboard for immediate preview and download.
• Usage & Telemetry: We collect anonymized operational data such as browser type, operating system, page response latency, and feature usage patterns to troubleshoot issues and optimize rendering pipelines.
• Payment & Billing Data: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and one-time pack purchases are handled directly by our certified Merchant of Record, Creem. We never access, capture, or store your raw payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information and uploaded inputs are used strictly for legitimate service purposes:

• To execute AI motion synthesis and transform your photos into high-definition dynamic videos.
• To manage your user account, calculate credit quotas, and track generation history in your workspace.
• To process billing events, manage subscription upgrades/cancellations, and deliver order receipts via Creem.
• To deliver critical service alerts, security notifications, and responsive customer support assistance.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities, abuse, system exploitation, and violations of our Terms.

3. AI Model Training & Data Protection Guarantee

We respect your creative work and personal privacy:

We DO NOT use your private uploaded photographs or personalized video outputs to train public foundation AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

All inference requests are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels and isolated in sandboxed processing environments.

4. Data Retention, Storage & Automatic Cleanup

We practice strict data minimization principles:

Source images uploaded for animation are retained in temporary GPU buffer storage only for the duration required to complete video synthesis, after which they are promptly purged.

Generated video files are securely accessible in your private archive for 14 days, allowing ample time for download. After 14 days, expired video files are automatically and permanently deleted from our primary cloud storage.

You can request full deletion of your user account and all associated profile records at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with verified infrastructure partners essential for operating our platform:

Merchant of Record & Payment Gateway (Creem) for handling PCI-compliant checkout, tax calculation, and recurring subscriptions.

High-Performance Cloud GPU Providers for executing real-time AI diffusion and video interpolation workloads.

Secure Cloud Storage & CDN Providers (Cloudflare) for edge routing, caching, asset delivery, and DDoS mitigation.

We utilize essential browser cookies and local storage tokens strictly to maintain your authenticated login state, preserve your workspace preferences, and prevent cross-site request forgery. We do not employ third-party advertising tracking cookies.
